The New Sunday Supper - Flank Steak and More

Let’s make a New Sunday Supper that also gives you TWO great meals for the coming week!
This menu kicks off with two sizzling, tender flank steaks. Serve the first for Sunday supper topped with seared grape tomatoes and drizzled with Ginger-Lime Wasabi Dressing. Monday night uses half of the second steak on top of an iced-cold chopped salad served with homemade Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing. Pimento cheese slathered on toasted rolls nestles the remaining steak with caramelized onions for a super-satisfying sandwich for Tuesday supper. How does this work?
After adding the class to your cart and checking out, two days before the class you will receive the class schedule, recipes, and zoom link. Why not plan to cook along? You’ll also receive any prep instruction to complete BEFORE the class starts such as preheating an oven or bringing a pot of water up to boil. The ingredients list is a link in the class description. Joining the Zoom Class:
At the appointed hour, you’ll join the class from the link you’ll receive two days ahead of class. Also included in the email will be a list of tips to help improve your Zoom experience. Turn on your camera and mic if you’d like to cook along and interact. Class is limited to 8 participants to give everyone a chance to ask questions and fully enjoy the experience.
Cancellation Policy: As space is limited, we offer a full refund up to 72 hours (3 days) before the class. Cancellations less than 72 hours before a class will receive a class credit to be used on another class in the future.
