Homemade pasta completely by hand - no food processor, no pasta roller. You can do it! We’ll make an egg-based fettuccini with a homemade quick pantry-staple tomato sauce. You can download the list of ingredients and equipment here if you would like to cook along!
How does this work? After adding the class to your cart and checking out, two days before the class you will receive the class schedule, recipes, and zoom link. Why not plan to cook along? You’ll also receive any prep instruction to complete BEFORE the class starts such as preheating an oven or bringing a pot of water up to boil. The ingredients list is a link in the class description. Joining the Zoom Class:
At the appointed hour, you’ll join the class from the link you’ll receive two days ahead of class. Turn on your camera and mic if you’d like to cook along and interact. Class is limited to 8 participants to give everyone a chance to ask questions and fully enjoy the experience.
Cancellation Policy: As space is limited, we offer a full refund up to 72 hours (3 days) before the class. Cancellations less than 72 hours before a class will receive a class credit to be used on another class in the future.
